HAMPSHIRE Police is inviting members of the rural community living in East Hampshire to a meeting aimed at reducing countryside crime.

Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Alexander Byrne said: “We are looking for farmers, landowners, game keepers and other members of the rural community to attend and discuss ways the police can work with you as a community to help prevent crime and keep our rural communities safe.”

The meeting in East Hampshire District Council offices at Penns Place, Petersfield, from 6.30pm to 9pm on Monday, November 20, will be attended by neighbourhood team officers from Petersfield, Longmoor, and Alton.
