A council spokesman said: “This is an opportunity to find out about what the town council has been doing for the past year, and to ask questions on any topic relating to Petersfield.
“We will also be serving refreshments, so we hope you will be able to join us.”
There will be a presentation on the historic Barrows on the Heath project – the council manages the Heath, and the Heritage Lottery funded Barrows archaeology project is being overseen by Petersfield Museum.
There will also be a presentation on the Rosemary Foundation, and the winner of the 2016 Daniel Day Lewis award, recognising the achievements of an actor/actress under the age of 18, will be announced, as will the recipients of the 2016 Mayor’s Awards.
