A BIG – noisy – night of punk rock, reggae and ska is blasting into The Spring at Havant.
Night of Noise, on Friday, February 19, at 8pm, will feature three great bands based in the south.
Part of the BBC’s Get Creative Campaign, the venue is hosting this event of live music in the theatre.
There will be a bar and plenty of room to dance as Southsea reggae act Emiliyah and the MightyZ All Stars, and Shooting Fish, a five-piece punk band from Portsmouth, take to the stage.
Also on the bill are The Intercepteurs, Salisbury ska supremos in The Specials and The Beat mould.
Tickets are £5, available from the box office on 023 9247 2700 or visit www.thespring.co.uk
A punk exhibition, New Wave, can be viewed at The Spring too, until April 28.
The Spring’s operations manager Nigel Brown displays artefacts from the explosive punk era of the late 70s, including the iconic designs of Jamie Reid, vinyl and more.
