AROUND 15,000 adults in Hampshire are set to benefit from a county council investment of £1.35m in adult and community learning provision in the coming academic year starting in September.
Funding will be given to schemes including Hampshire Works, which provides free courses to help access employment, and Hampshire Thrives, a group supporting people without GCSE qualifications or equivalent, with free courses.
