NOW PANDEMIC restrictions are easing, the Rosemary Foundation has resumed fundraising with a cake, coffee and jigsaw stall outside its offices in Petersfield’s Lavant Street.
Nurses from the charity, founded after the Sue Ryder Home palliative care unit at Bordean House in Langrish closed in March 1997, provide end of life hospice care at patients’ homes, and during the pandemic all fundraising was suspended.
Fundraising manager Wendy Smith said: “Thank you to everyone who came to support us last Saturday.
“It was lovely to see you all, and we hope you enjoyed some delicious cake and are now stuck into those jigsaw puzzles.
