RESIDENTS have only a few days left to complete a survey into the changing face of doctors services in Petersfield, Liphook, Liss, Bordon, Horndean and Clanfield.

The survey seeks people’s views on changes introduced, including evening and weekend GP appointments, online services, awareness of services and what would make people more likely to use them in the future.

The deadline for completing the survey is on Friday and it is available online by visiting the webpage www.surveymonkey.com/r/VLXHKFT

It is part of a major engagement programme which will use the public feedback produced by the survey to help shape future services.

It is being run by the clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) serving Fareham and Gosport and South Eastern Hampshire, and the Southern Hampshire Primary Care Alliance – a federation which aims to develop sustainable, high quality, patient-focused primary care services.
