THE GREAT tunes and compulsively danceable rhythms of Bollywood head to Theatre Royal Winchester tonight (Friday) as the Bollywood Brass Band head to the city.

They are joined by Jyotsna Srikanth, Europe’s leading violinist from the South Indian classical tradition. She is also an accomplished western classical musician who has collaborated with acclaimed jazz, western classical and world music artists.

This pioneering Indian-style wedding band play the magical music of Bollywood and South Indian films synched to video sequences from the original films. Expect virtuoso violin-playing, funky brass and drums.
