A RIGHT royal village summer fete is promised at Rogate in part celebration of the Queen’s 90th birthday.
Activities at the event on Saturday, June 11, from 2-5pm, include royal-themed dressing up and crown making competitions for the children.
There will be teas fit for a royal garden party and plenty of bunting.
Volunteers are sought to man stalls, including the coconut shy and ‘panning for gold’, and for teas, car park and stall relief.
Items are also needed for the bric-a-brac, tombola and bling – bags and jewellery – stalls.
