THE UK’S most prestigious award for business success has been won by Petersfield company Feefo.

Delighted entrepreneurs Andrew Mabbutt and Matt Eames, who set up the business seven years ago, are off to Buckingham Palace in the summer to collect their Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

Feefo, which works on behalf of 3,000 companies, providing up-to-date online customer feedback, reviews and analytics to help them make more informed business decisions, won in the Innovation category.

Based at Heath Farm, off Heath Road East, Feefo also has offices in the United States and Australia, having achieved rapid growth since 2010.

Chief executive Andrew Mabbutt said:“We are thrilled and honoured to have been recognised by Her Majesty The Queen. Both myself and fellow founder Matt Eames would like to thank the entire Feefo team, and our fantastic clients, for helping contribute towards this incredible achievement in our short seven years.

“Innovative technology is the heart of every business’s success, and Feefo is able to provide clients with remarkable insights into their own businesses.

“This year alone we will see more exciting innovative game-changing developments than in the previous seven years combined, as our commitment to introducing new technologies for our clients’ long-term success remains at the forefront of our strategy.”

The Queen’s Awards, chosen by the Queen on advice from the Prime Minister, recognise sustained commercial success.

Feefo has certainly proved that, becoming the 55th fasting growing technology company in last year’s Sunday Times UK Tech Track list, and increasing its initial client base from 100 plus brands to 3,000 this year.

These include Expedia, signed up in 2012, Monarch Airlines, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, The White Company and Moss Bros. Feefo provides information for more than 5,000 websites.
