ROCK fans will be taking a stairway to heaven as Purple Zeppelin storm the stage at the Phoenix.
Bringing the raw energy and more than thirty classic songs from Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin to a full-on two and a half hour show is this acclaimed tribute band.
Purple Zeppelin, at the Bordon theatre and arts centre on Saturday, November 5, at 8pm, featured in a BBC TV documentary The Joy of the Guitar Riff.
The band is comprised of four versatile musicians with decades of playing experience behind them from thousands of sessions and sell-out gigs both in the UK and overseas.
The band members are genuine admirers of Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin, and the show promises to be a night to be missed, complete with Ritchie Blackmore’s lute, Jimmy Page’s twin neck guitar, and a very special violin bow solo.
