THE 25th pantomime production from Liphook’s Methodist Amateur Dramatic (MAD) Company, was the fairy story Rumplestiltskin.
With a preview charity performance on February 18, the show opened on February 19 to a vibrant, packed audience, before selling out at full capacity on February 20.
The MAD Company were delighted at such strong levels of audience support at their anniversary show.
Writer and director for the MAD company Vanessa Breach said: “This year we celebrated our silver anniversary with our 25th annual pantomime. It’s fair to say that we love it as much today as when we started in 1992, with our first production, Cinderella, produced on an absolute shoe-string.
“The sense of family within the MAD Company makes working together an absolute pleasure. I was immensely proud of our show this year, as every year.”
