The silver screen is coming to Sheet as a school group is holding a blockbuster day of entertainment.

Fighter pilots and eccentric chocolate makers will feature when the Friends of Sheet School hold an outdoor cinema event on Saturday, May 11.

There’s an afternoon treat for younger viewers at the FOSS Flix event with Wonka (PG) being shown from 1.30pm.

The octane will rise several notches in the evening with 80s classic Top Gun being shown from 6.30pm.

Funds from the showings at Sheet Primary School will go towards the purchase of a new climbing frame.
