A TALENTED Liss singer will be making her first solo appearance at the Royal British Legion hall in the village later this month.
Keren Burney will be performing at the hall from 7-9pm on Friday, August 24.
Entry is free and the bar will be open from 6pm.
Keren is well-known in the village, where she has lived since 1996.

More than a dozen flu patients in Hampshire Hospitals Trust last weekShe has sung in and around the village since 2012, including at St Mary’s Church fete, private occasions and care homes.
This is the first time she will have sung at the hall as a solo act.
Anji Laidlow from the group said: “We are really looking forward to having Keren in to sing. It will liven up the last Friday night in August.”
The set will be mainly popular, singalong music using authentic backing tracks from across the decades with some jazz, swing, folk and country to suit all tastes.
