HOLLYCOMBE Steam in the Country opened its doors for the 2018 season on Good Friday.

The attraction near Liphook remained open over the whole Easter weekend.

Despite the wet weather there was a good turnout for the start of the new season at Hollycombe.

Hollycombe Steam in the Country museum manager Simon Wildgust said: “Easter Sunday was a great day and we had lots of people here.

“It was nice to see so many smiling faces.

“It was wet for the rest of the weekend but we still had people coming along.

“I started working here in December, so this was the first time I had the chance to see Hollycombe open.

“Our volunteers do an amazing job and it was great to see them so happy.”
