THE Petersfield Society would like to thank businesses who remove weeds from outside their premises, as part of the Spruce up your Shopfront campaign

It encourages individual actions that help make a big difference in the presentation of the town, and aid its economic and social recovery.

A campaign spokesman said: “We would like to thank a Winton House volunteer, and Barclays staff, for clearing the weeds from outside their buildings.”

Spruce up businesses are invited to contact the society to celebrate their achievements, and volunteers keen to part of the practical up-keep of the town are invited to email [email protected]
