THE couple who starred in the first post-lockdown wedding at St Peter’s Church in Petersfield have shared a picture of their special day.

Holly Perris, of Herne Farm, and Karl Kasparis, of Worthing, were married by the Rev Will Hughes on August 4.

Rev Hughes wrote about it in his Petersfield Post column last week, entitled Love, hope and joy that a virus can never defeat.

He said: “It was one of the most joyful and meaningful weddings I have been involved in.”

Twenty guests attended the ceremony and enjoyed a small reception in the church garden which was provided by Cloisters.
