HUNDREDS still turned out for the traditional Butser Hill Egg Roll on Easter Monday despite the high winds.

More than 350 eggs were sold and decorated, and although organisers at Queen Elizabeth Country Park didn’t put their usual marquee up because of the weather, families climbed the hill anyway and threw their eggs down. A puppet show was also enjoyed.
