LISS Infant School’s summer fair and dog show on Saturday was a success, say organisers.

The fair was held at the Newman Collard Playing Fields.

Liss Infant School Parent Teacher Association vice-chairman Emilie Huffer said: “We would like to thank everyone that attended the fair and dog show on Saturday. Hundreds of people came out to support us and enjoyed an afternoon packed with fun and activities.

“We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our local community and families of the school, who together helped us to raise nearly £3,000 from the event.

“This will be put towards the cost of purchasing Promethean Interactive Panels.

“These panels are incredible and will benefit our pupils hugely.”
