A FUNDRAISING table football tournament hosted by Zone Marketing of Viceroy Court, in Bedford Road in Petersfield, was a ball, say organisers.

It was in aid of The Pelican Cancer Foundation, a charity which researches ‘below the belt’ cancers such as prostate, bowel, liver and bladder cancer.

Zone spokesman Katie Fenton said: “It was an extremely successful afternoon all in all.

“There was a handful of local businesses making up 14 teams who battled it out to win the tournament.”

The tournament comprised of a group stage, quarter finals, semi finals and final.

There was an opportunity after the group stage to buy places back in to the quarter finals.

As well as organising and hosting the tournament, Zone provided refreshments too.
