AMERICAN black and white comedy drama Nebraska is being screened by Sheet Film Club on Thursday, February 11, at 7pm for 7.30pm.
This latest offering from the club which meets monthly at the village hall, follows the father and son road trip from Montana to Nebraska that gets derailed at the small town where the father, played by Bruce Dern, grew up and has scores to settle.
Directed by Alexander Payne, and nominated for six Academy Awards, it’s told with deadpan humour and a unique visual style.
Tickets are £6 on the door.
