Petersfield Museum’s extensive photographic archive holds more than 100,000 photographs of life in the town and surrounding villages.

Dating as far back as the Victorian period, these photographs represent all areas of life in Petersfield and act as a window into days gone by.

This seasonal image shows boats on the heath pond in the snow. We would love to hear your memories of the town in winter, from snowball fights to snowmen, ice skating on the heath to carol singing around the town.

If you have a story to share, email [email protected] or call 01730 262601.

We would also love to see your wintry photos entered into our photography competition, My Petersfield: Nature, Places and Faces. Find out more on our website www.petersfieldmuseum.co.uk
