FAIRIES and goblins will make an appearance at a farm near Clanfield next week.
They will venture out of the woods next Wednesday as a storytelling afternoon is one of several ancient Hallowe’en-themed events taking place at Butser Ancient Farm (BAF).
The tale of how Doom and Gloom stole the magic toe will be told by Faye’s Fables from 2pm to 3pm while a spirit hunt around the farm will take place every day next week from 10am to 4pm.
Hardcore horror fans have been challenged to face their fears on a “Fright Night” as willing participants will face a series of haunting interactive encounters during a moonlit tour of the farm.
Brave souls will be able to fortify themselves at the bar beforehand with tickets for the event, which is recommended for over 16s, costing £10.
