RENOWNED tenor Gari Glaysher is the special guest at a charity concert at Bedales.

He is bringing star quality to the third Magic of Christmas concert, on December 19 at 7.30pm, featuring the best of festive music both traditional and modern.

A versatile singer, equally at home with classical and opera, and rock and musical theatre, Gari will be accompanied by the 50-strong Emsworth Concert Band conducted by musical director Captain Guy Bennett.

There will be renditions of beloved big numbers from the stage and screen, including those from shows West Side Story and Pirates of the Caribbean.

This is a yuletide treat for the whole family, raising money for two good causes – The Rosemary Foundation, and the rebuilding of Nyewood’s Henry Warren Hall.

Another of the evening’s highlights will be a grand prize draw with some excellent prizes, including the use of a Bentley for the day, courtesy of Harwoods Bentley.

Tickets are on sale now.

They are £9 in advance and £12 on the door, and are available from One Tree Books, Lavant Street, Petersfield, Harting Stores, Jo Bennett on 01730 821026 or Paul Martin on 01730 821149.
