A PETERSFIELD firm was visited by East Hampshire MP Damian Hinds to celebrate the benefits of employee ownership. Insync Technology of Greenehurst Way also marked National Employee Ownership day by inviting sudents from The Petersfield School to tour the offices. Insync provides design and manufacturing services to the broadcast industry, and has been employee owned since 2013. Mr Hinds said Insync ticked a lot of boxes for the government, of which its hi-tech work and great employee benefits, were just two.
