TRAFFIC is now starting to move again normally after a road traffic incident this morning (Wednesday, October 12) the outside lane of the northbound carriage way on the A3 between Queen Elisabeth Country Park and Petersfield.
It happened during the rush hour, causing traffic tailbacks on the A3 to Clanfield until about 10am, when the queues started clearing.
