There is a traffic jam on the A3 and delays of up to 30 mins, as a vehicle has stalled leading to police closing a lane and traffic slowing.

A Ford Galaxy broke down between the A3(M) junction 1, and Clanfield and Chalton junction Northbound at around 9:45am backing up traffic back to Waterlooville.

One lane is closed and Police are at the scene with a recovery vehicle expected soon.
