AN ACCIDENT involving four or five vehicles on the A3 northbound between Farnham Road, the Liss turn off, and B3006, the Ham Barn roundabout, caused long traffic delays during Thursday morning’s rush hour.

All lanes were re-opened by about 9am and traffic began flowing.
