THE Weald and Downland Living Museum celebrated its 30th anniversary with a ‘70s themed party in its grounds that saw guests arriving in fancy dress.

They were able to enjoy a wander around the historic buildings house and grounds at the museums Singleton site before enjoying a picnic on the musuem’s ‘village green’ overlooking its picturesque pond. After short speeches by the chair of the museums board of trustees Jo Pasricha and museum ambassador actor Hugh Bonneville, star of the Downton Abbey TV series and who grew up in Chichester, guests whiled away the evening chatting and enjoying live music from The Courtiers.
