WEST Meon Church of England Primary School will be opening its doors next week so the parents of prospective pupils can view the school and see what children do.
The school in Church Lane is holding an open day next Wednesday (October 12) between 9.30am and 10.30am, 11am and noon, and 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
Headteacher Julie Kelly says the appeal of the school is reaching out to people not just living in the village of West Meon.
They already take pupils from Bramdean, Warnford and Steep Marsh and an increasing number are travelling to attend the school from Clanfield.
“Come and see us at work next Wednesday,” said the headteacher. “We would be delighted to show you around so you can see what is so special about our school.”
