ROWLANDS CASTLE: Aldsworth House, Emsworth Common Road, 11am-5pm. Sheets of crocus and daffodils under a 200 yr old plane tree herald spring. This six-acre garden contains walled and gravel gardens, numerous borders and two mini arboretums packed full of a wide variety of unusual trees, shrubs and perennials. Admission £4, children free.
