FINAL planning permission has been agreed for a 200 house estate on farmland alongside a main Petersfield through road.
Now developers can’t start work in earnest building the estate on Causeway Farm, off The Causeway.
South Downs National Park Authority planners and Bovis Homes, David Wilson Homes and developers 4LL have now reached agreement over a Section 106 agreement, the final details of the planning application.
The agreement details what works, other than building the estate, the developers are responsible for, such as the junction opposite Cranford Road that will lead onto the estate.
Some work has already started on the fields behind Broadway Park mobile home site, and now this final document is agreed, it come into effect from November 1, the developers can step up the pace.
