Winchester Ladies III 0 Petersfield Ladies II 0: PETERSFIELD Hockey Club’s Ladies’ second team were in action away at Winchester Ladies’ third team.
The visitors got off to a strong, positive start.
Bardoe and Llewelyn consistently dribbled and passed the ball around the midfield and got the ball up to O’Kelly on the wing.
Both teams had a number of shots, but both goalkeepers made a number of saves and the score was 0-0 at half time.

Briggs made her debut for the ladies’ second team and joined the forwards for the second half push back.
Soon afterwards, a Winchester player accidentally took the ball on the head and an ambulance was called.
Despite the shock both teams decided to play on, and Beate managed to keep a clean sheet, assisted by a solid defence performance from Sebastian-Todd and Bradley.
The final score ended 0-0 in a friendly, evenly matched game.
Petersfield Ladies’ second team are now in seventh place in the Hampshire Division 4 (Women) table. The team will travel to Yateley Ladies’ third team on Saturday for a noon start.
