Sparsholt v Hambledon: HAMBLEDON crashed to a comprehensive eight-wicket defeat at Sparsholt on Saturday afternoon in Division 2 of the Southern Premier Cricket League.

George Marshall (19) top scored as the visitors were bowled out for 93 in 36 overs. Sibghat Khan (2-39) then took two wickets for Hambledon, but Jeremy Frith (57 not out) saw the home side through to a comfortable win in the 17th over.
