Steeple Langford won the toss and decided to bat first.
The visitors started their innings slowly, and after ten overs Steeple Langford had scored just 21 runs.
The breakthrough for Liss came from the bowling of Liam Charles, who had Mundy caught in the slips by Cam Clarke for 11.
Blanks took a wicket in the next over thanks to a slip catch by Richard Pleace, leaving Steeple Langford on 31-2. Blanks finished his nine-over spell with economical figures of 1-10.
Change bowler Jacob Hedicker took the third wicket in his second over, with a fine catch by Gavin Kemp leaving Steeple Langford on 46-3. Clarke then took a wicket in his second over, bowling Mould for a duck.
The pair continued to take regular wickets, leaving the visitors struggling to find runs. Hedicker and Clarke wrapped up the Steeple Langford innings in the 30th over, with the visitors all out for 78.
Hedicker (5-18) and Clarke (3-15) both finished with fine figures.
Liss started their innings aggressively with openers Toby Austin and Pleace, but Austin fell in the ninth over when he was caught behind for 19. Phil Moore joined Pleace at the crease and the pair continued to punish the visitors’ bowling attack.
Liss reached their target in the 19th over without losing another wicket. Pleace finished on 47 not out and Moore on 16 not out.
