Hartley Wintney II vs Liss: LISS travelled to Hartley Wintney looking for back-to-back wins.
After losing the toss Liss were asked to bat first.
Pleace and Austin opened the batting and found it difficult to score early on against opening bowlers Broderick and Nightingale.
Nightingale made the breakthrough when he dismissed Austin (15), and Hamman followed for a duck as Liss slipped to 30-2.
Moore and Pleace added 38 runs together before Pleace (29) was caught off a full toss.
Moore was bowled for 16, but Clarke and Kemp then took the attack to the Hartley Wintney bowlers.
Clarke and Kemp both reached their half-centuries, and their 90-run partnership ended when Clarke was finally caught for 65.
Kemp finished on 98 not out as Liss finished their 45 overs on 277-6.
Blanks and Moore took the new ball for Liss, and Blanks removed the dangerous Nair for four to leave the home side on 13-1.
Clarke struck next when he dismissed Butcher for 16, and Clarke then took his second wicket to leave the home side on 81-3.
Dillon-Thiselton came into the attack and removed Kerr for 67, and Hedicker took two quick wickets to leave Hartley Wintney needing 133 runs off 17 overs.
Brown scoring a quickfire 26 before he fell to a spectacular catch, and the returning Clarke (5-42) struck three more times in two overs as Hartley Wintney were bowled out for 220 and Liss won by 57 runs.
