Liss II v Aldershot V: LISS’ second team earned a narrow victory against Aldershot’s fifth team.

Liss won the toss and put Aldershot in to bat. Liss restricted Aldershot to 80 all out from 32 overs, with Alan Saunders taking 5-15 from nine overs.

In reply Liss had a nervy spell, losing seven batsmen, but a top score of 21 from Steve May and a valuable 16 not out from Ian Brownlee saw Liss through to victory.
