Cove v Petersfield III: PETERSFIELD Cricket Club’s third team slipped to a two-wicket defeat at Cove on Saturday.
Nigel Straw (43 not out), Oscar Amis (27) and James Stratford-Tuke (16) were the only batsmen to reach double figures as Petersfield scored 145-9 off their 42 overs. Straw (4-23), Amis (2-19) and Harvey Baker (2-35) were in the wickets for Petersfield, but Ashwood (47 not out) led Cove to victory.
