Petersfield Ladies III 0 Haslemere Ladies IV 0: HAVING met this Haslemere team in the development league, Petersfield Ladies’ third team were looking forward to meeting Haslemere in the league.

The first half started well as Petersfield immediately put the pressure on Haslemere, but as much as Petersfield tried the Haslemere defence kept the ball out of their goal. Haslemere worked well in the midfield to get the ball to their forwards and the Petersfield defence had a battle on their hands. The first half was dominated by Petersfield but as the whistle blew the score was 0-0.

The second half was much of the same, but the breakthrough failed to arrive. A final Haslemere attack gave the visitors an opportunity to score, which was deflected by Hardwick.
