LISS Athletic under-11 Eagles ended their season on Sunday with an exciting play-off for second place in the league, and thereby possible promotion to the second division next season.

They knew it would be a tough match as Camberley had been on an impressive winning run, having won all of their recent matches, including a victory against the team at the top of the league.

However, the Eagles showed a real determination from the start and it was they who made the most of the chances in the first half, while their defence was solid at the back, and Camberley could only work to close down the Liss attacks....
