ALRESFORD Town are in eighth place in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division after earning a creditable 2-2 draw away at Baffins Milton Rovers on Saturday afternoon.

Aaron Blaxall’s header on 18 minutes gave the Magpies a 1-0 lead at half time, but Alresford then found themselves 2-1 down until Luke Ray’s fine strike on 80 minutes made it 2-2 and rescued them a share of the spoils.
