ALRESFORD Town remain in fifth place in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division after winning 2-1 at home to Bemerton Heath Harlequins last night.

Richard Jackson gave the visitors the lead in the second half, but the Magpies equalised with an Aaron Blaxall header.

Steve Hall scored the winner for Alresford when he slotted the ball into the back of the net.
