ALRESFORD Town have reached the Southampton Senior Cup final.

Paul Coventry’s goal gave the Magpies a 1-0 win at Sholing in the semi-finals last Tuesday night.

Alresford then lost 3-2 at home to Bournemouth in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday.

Goals from Dom Falco (2) and Tom Wensley gave the visitors the win. Luke Dempsey and Aaron Blaxall scored for the hosts.
