ALRESFORD Town fell to a 3-1 defeat at home to Sholing in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division last Tuesday evening.

Marvin McLean gave the visitors the lead in the 52nd minute, although Conor Whiteley equalised for the Magpies on 67 minutes. Dan Mason put Sholing 2-1 up in the 71st minute, and Lee Wort made it 3-1 on 84 minutes.
