ALRESFORD Town were involved in a seven-goal thriller on Saturday afternoon as they won 4-3 at home to Baffins Milton Rovers in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division.

Goals from Dave Ompreon and Craig Harding gave Alresford a 2-0 lead at half time. Adam Cripps scored for the Magpies in the second half, but the match looked like it would finish 3-3 until an own goal gave Alresford the win.
