AFTER all the postponements last weekend, East Hampshire’s football teams face a busy day of fixtures on Saturday.

In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division, Horndean are at home and will be aiming for three points when they entertain lowly Newport IOW at Five Heads Park (3pm).

The Deans will be looking to complete the double after winning 5-1 at Newport in the reverse league fixture on October 10.

Elsewhere in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division, Alresford Town are on the road and will travel to Westwood Park to face Cowes Sports (3pm).

The Magpies will be looking to complete the double after winning 5-0 at home to Cowes in the reverse league fixture earlier this season on September 30.

Clanfield and Liphook United face a big match when they play each other at Peel Park in the semi finals of the Hampshire Intermediate Cup (2pm).

The semi final tie was meant to take place last Saturday, but was postponed due to the weather.

In the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division, ninth-placed Liss Athletic will host Stockbridge at the Newman Collard Playing Fields (3pm).

Liss will be looking to complete the double after winning 3-2 at Stockbridge in the reverse league fixture on February 3.

In Division 1 of the Hampshire Premier League, sixth-placed AFC Petersfield are on the road and will travel to Upham Recreation Ground to face Upham (3pm).
