EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy day of fixtures on Saturday.
In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division, fifth-placed Horndean will travel to Gang Warily Community Centre to face high-flying Blackfield and Langley (3pm), while sixth-placed Alresford Town will travel to Potterne Park to face bottom side Verwood Town (3pm).
The Deans will be looking for revenge after losing the reverse league fixture 1-0 at home to Blackfield and Langley on October 15, while the Magpies will be looking to complete the double after winning 3-0 at home to Verwood on November 26.
In the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League Senior Division, second-placed Liphook United will entertain sixth-placed Paulsgrove at The Recreation Ground (3pm).
Liphook will be looking for revenge after losing the reverse league fixture 3-0 at Paulsgrove on March 4.
Seventh-placed Clanfield will travel to The Norman Rodaway Sportsfield to face 14th-placed Hedge End Rangers (3pm), and tenth-placed Liss Athletic will host league leaders Bush Hill at The Newman Collard Playing Fields (3pm).
Clanfield will be looking to complete the double after winning 2-0 at home to Hedge End Rangers on August 13, and Liss will be looking to complete the double after winning 4-1 at Bush Hill on August 20.
In Division 1 of the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League, bottom side AFC Petersfield will travel to Wellands Road to face sixth-placed Lyndhurst (3pm).
