EAST Hampshire’s football teams face a busy week of fixtures.

In the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division on Saturday, league leaders Alresford Town are on the road and will travel to 16th-placed Shaftesbury (3pm), while fourth-placed Horndean will travel to 11th-placed Brockenhurst (3pm).

The Magpies will be looking to complete the double after winning 4-2 at home to Shaftesbury earlier in the season, while the Deans drew 3-3 at home to Brockenhurst in the reverse league fixture.

In the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division on Saturday, mid-table Clanfield will entertain lowly Liss Athletic at Peel Park in an East Hampshire derby (2pm), while Liphook United will host Lyndhust at Liphook Recreation Ground (2pm).

Clanfield will be looking to complete the double after winning 1-0 at Liss earlier this season, while Liphook won 5-3 at Lyndhurst in the reverse league fixture.

In Division One of the Hampshire Premier League on Saturday, second-bottom AFC Petersfield will entertain bottom side Netley Central Sports at Love Lane (2pm), while fourth-placed Denmead will travel to Lordshill Recreation Ground to face sixth-placed QK Southampton (2pm).

Next Tuesday night (January 28), Horndean will travel to Stoneham Lane Football Complex to face high-flying AFC Stoneham (7.45pm) in the Sydenhams Wessex League Premier Division.

Elsewhere next Tuesday night, Alresford Town will travel to Krooner Park to face Camberley Town in the Aldershot Senior Cup (7.45pm), while Liss Athletic will host Infinity at Newman Collard Playing Fields in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division (7.45pm).
