CLANFIELD are in third place in the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after slipping to a 2-1 defeat at Paulsgrove on Saturday afternoon.

Bradley Silvester gave the hosts the lead in the 20th minute, and Silvester scored his and Paulsgrove’s second goal of the afternoon on 44 minutes. Josh Hazell pulled a goal back for the Peel Park outfit in the 63rd minute, but the visitors were unable to rescue a point.

Liphook United are in sixth place in the Puma Engineering Hampshire Premier League Senior Division after winning 3-1 at Hayling United on Saturday afternoon. Andy Brown gave the hosts the lead in the 30th minute, but Steve Harding equalised for Liphook on 55 minutes. Marcus Bedford gave the visitors the lead in the 64th minute, and Rikki Long sealed the three points for the visitors when he scored on 85 minutes to make it 3-1.
