CLANFIELD are out of the Hampshire Intermediate Cup though after crashing to a comprehensive 7-1 defeat at Bush Hill on Saturday.

Perry Harding’s second-minute goal opened the floodgates for the hosts. Ronnie Spiteri doubled their lead on 30 minutes, and Harding claimed his second in the 44th minute. Matthew Roland got on the scoresheet for the visitors in the first half, but things got worse for Clanfield after the break.

Spiteri made it 4-1 on 50 minutes, before Dan Smith’s 54th-minute goal made it 5-1. Tom Mason made it 6-1 in the 74th minute, and Mason scored his second in the 86th minute.
