CLANFIELD maintained top spot in the Hampshire Premier League thanks to two wins over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Peel Park outfit won 4-1 at home to Andover Lions on Saturday thanks to goals from Ollie Amos, Lee Caldwell, Darren Ferguson and Jake Naylor. Clanfield then won 5-3 at Colden Common on Monday thanks to goals from Joe Byerley, Ross Caldwell, Josh Hazell, Lucas Lothian and Ferguson.

Liss Athletic are in third place after earning two wins over the weekend. Liss won 3-2 at home to QK Southampton on Saturday thanks to goals from Dan Sharpe, Lincoln Pepall and Connor Massenbird, and Liss then won 2-1 at Liphook United on Monday thanks to goals from Jake Pepall and Sharpe. Steve Harding pulled a goal back for Liphook.

Liphook United are in seventh place after also losing 3-1 at home to Fleetlands on Saturday. Ricky Long was on target for the home side.
